**Contract Administrator**

**Liverpool Street - E1**

Our client is a highly reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialise in high end real estate maintenance contracts. Due to expansion they are currently looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to join the team based in Liverpool Street.

**The Role**:

- Ensure all customer requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, providing comprehensive feedback where necessary.
- Supporting clients with arranging emergency call outs with internal engineers or sub-contractors.
- Ensure all maintenance, reactive and callouts related works from the previous day have the correct information (labour, materials) and have been closed off and ready for invoice if necessary.
- Supporting Finance team with monthly contractual billing and extra works invoicing submitting all purchase or variation orders.
- Ensure annual archiving is undertaken and completed as per the company policy.
- Monitoring the use of the SimPRO (connect) to ensure that engineering staff are using the system correctly i.e. picking up their jobs (starting work) at the correct time and closing their jobs (stopping work) are the correct time, also looking at the correct detail of job reporting and bring to the Business Unit Contract Manager attention any discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the other Business Units team during annual leave or sickness as required.
- Will be required to undertake any other duties as may be required by the Contract Manager.
- Responsible for the planned maintenance and reactive maintenance (unplanned) ensuring compliance with the planned maintenance schedules on simPRO or client’s platforms ensuring all work are issued to the correct engineer or sub-contractor.

**The Person**:

- You will have previous experience in administration and ideally within a similar position dealing with engineers, maintenance
- You will ideally come from a background in facilities management/construction/engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills proficient in microsoft office suite
- Very strong organisational skills, prioritising, attention to detail

- Salary to £35,000
- Office based - Liverpool Street
- Permanent Full Time
- Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
