Job DescriptionThis is is a predominantly remote & part time role looking for someone to flexibly work 24 hours a week.We are thrilled to present an outstanding chance to become a Contracts Administrator at LGC in Twickenham United Kingdom At LGC we value crafting a top-notch environment where collaboration and inclusion are central to our ethos.As a Contracts Administrator you will have a vital role in coordinating and leading all aspects of our organizations contractual agreements. We are looking for someone to guarantee compliance and assist various departments in contract-related matters all while collaborating in a dynamic and encouraging team.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting reviewing and revising contracts with legal advisors and relevant collaboratorsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records in the organizations contract management systemMonitoring contract achievements deadlines and renewal dates to ensure timely actionCoordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation and executionAssisting in contract negotiations and providing support during the bidding processEnsuring compliance with legal requirements company policies and industry regulationsPreparing reports and analyses on contract status performance and risksCollaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment trackingSeeing opportunities to improve contract management processesServing as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issuesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related fieldPrevious experience using Iron clad salesforce IFS and MS office3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar roleProficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid negotiation skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholdersKnowledge of contract law and regulationsUnderstanding of business operations and procurement processesExceptional organizational and time management skillsExperience with database management and report generationContract Management certification preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRemote Work : YesEmployment Type : Part-time Key Skills Facilities Management,ADMA,Heavy Bus Driving,AXA,Building Services,Courier Delivery Experience: years Vacancy: 1
