Communications:

- To support internal communications, including managing the scheduling of changes

to timetables and other operational matters.
- To support external communications, including school-home messages and

communications with other stakeholders.
- To support outreach, marketing and recruitment events, including marketing

processes and organisation and monitoring of responses.
- To be integral to the logístical operations of all outreach and marketing events.
- To co-ordinate The Hammond’s presence at events and exhibitions.
- To be point of contact for the Hammond Associate Programme, Summer School and

other outreach events and to lead the logístical and operational management from

recruitment to acceptance.

Marketing:

- To lead content creation and daily scheduling for social media and to be custodian of

the library of footage and photography.
- To lead creation of video footage for assessments and productions.
- To advise the Head of Marketing regarding gaps in library of footage.
- To identify opportunities of content utilisation to drive recruitment, outreach

engagement and fundraising opportunities.
- To proactively research and monitor competition and the creative industries to

advise the Head of Marketing of direction.
- To support the Head of Marketing’s strategic and development plan
