**Job Title**: Resourcing Assistant (Recruitment)
- 1 x 30 hours per week, permanent, with occasional weekends and evenings to support with recruitment events.*
- 1 x 37.5 hours per week, 4 months FTC to end on 8th August 2025, with occasional weekends and evenings to support with recruitment events.*

**Salary**: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata
**Closing Date**: 21st February 2025
**Interview Date**: 3rd March 2025

This is a demanding but rewarding role where although some tasks are routine, others will require you to use your problem solving skills. You should be able to prioritise your tasks and have good attention to detail because of the nature of the information you will be dealing with.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and issue conditional offer letters and contracts
Initiate and carry out all pre-employment checks in compliance with NHS Employers and Home Office standards, with a good understanding of ID and Right To Work Checks
Carry out any additional checks which have been locally agreed to expedite recruitment e.g. risk assessments
Assist in the administration and coordination of Medical recruitment panel
Support the pre-employment checks for rotational doctors
Update and use ESR (Electronic Staff Records)
Advertise vacancies across a variety of platforms including Social Media
Actively follow up and keep recruiting managers and applicants informed of progress of the time to hire process
Represent the Trust at internal and external careers and recruitment events which may take place outside of normal working hours
Provide administration support to adhoc projects or processes
Have a good understanding of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions of Service, Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions, Trust policy and procedures;
