We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Complaints Resolution Administrator **to join our Domino's Pizza Franchise team based in Cardiff to provide a professional, responsive and positive complaints and feedback service to customers, ensuring an empathetic approach at the first point of contact.

This is an exciting time to join DPSW (Domino’s Pizza South Wales/South West & the Wirral), with a growing number of stores within the franchise.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Answer the telephone in a polite, well-mannered tone at all times
- Demonstrate active listening skills
- Utilize internal systems to ensure a full understanding of customer orders
- Manage customer concerns
- Provide customer service support to stores
- Update all internal systems
- Produce monthly reports for the Senior Team
- Support our Marketing Manager and provide administrative support

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of investigating and reporting complaints
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to build strong working relationships locally and UK wide
- Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
