**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people leada valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

This is a night shift, 30 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.**Where you will be working
Location: **13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HT
You will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.**What you will get**
