Main responsibilities would be;
Responsible for running shift's and managing your crew members, ensuring company standard's are delivered. Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing result's. Provide a fantastic customer service experience. Work closely with the restaurant manager to drive sales and increase profitability. Prepare and serve our well-loved products. Ensure that our restaurant looks presentable and vibrant. Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun.
