**Restaurant SUPERVISOR**

**Better Pub Company **is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our team of cooks, dishwashers, and other team members.

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, and ambitious individual who is looking to grow their career in the restaurant industry.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Train and manage all kitchen staff in proper food service and sanitation techniques. Provide verbal and written training to staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare menu items for serving in the restaurant.
- Maintain accurate inventory of kitchen supplies. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure all kitchen staff follows all established procedures when preparing food items for the menu. Ensure all food items are prepared according to company standards and as directed by management.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed consistently. Ensure the opening and closing process is completed accurately consistently. Ensure the closing process is completed accurately consistently.
- Maintain a positive attitude, work with a high level of energy, initiative, and enthusiasm for the job at hand.
- Other duties as assigned by management to support the department head & management team.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in culinary or restaurant management preferred but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members at all levels of the organization. Must communicate effectively with customers both at customer request and on an as needed basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions throughout each shift that require quick thinking, multitasking skills, while maintaining a positive attitude throughout each shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
