**_Recra are working in partnership_** with a privately owned Automotive business, they're a specialist in their field and are looking to recruit a vibrant Office Administrator to join the team.
**The general duties include;**
- Manage the diary and scheduling of appointments
- Lisa with customers
- Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Maintain office supplies and organising as required
- assist colleagues as required
- Take card payments in person and over the phone
- Raise invoices
**Skills & requirements;**
- Excellent administrative, organisational and self management skills
- Excellent time management skills, prioritising, planning and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communicator
- Good numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and Sage 50
- Positive and professional manner
**Hours of work;**
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
