We are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to work as part of a small team based in Lutterworth working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
As the Receptionist / Administrator the Role will include:
- Telephone answering and first point of contact with our clients
- General administrative duties
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Assisting clients with property enquiries
- Assisting other departments as and when required
To be successful as the Receptionist / Administrator we are looking for the following
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Accurate database entry skills
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent typing skills
- A professional and eloquent manner with a smart appearance
- Full UK Driving Licence
