We are now looking for a Receptionist / Business Administrator to join our HR team at our Contract Logistics Site at Lutterworth, Leicestershire. You willing be the first point of contact for the site for customers / suppliers and visitors with the task of supporting the site management team with administration tasks.
**Role Description**:
- Greet and ensure site visitors feel welcome.
- Ensure visitors are issued with passes and directed to the respective site employee.
- Keep an accurate record of visitors on site.
- Receive and distribute post and deliveries.
- Liaise with cleaners to ensure all employee and welfare areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Maintain meeting room diaries.
- General business administration duties such as printing / scanning / file maintenance.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience within a business administration or receptionist role (1 year).
- Ability to liaise with internal employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs.
**Package Details**:
- Salary: Up to £23,000.
- Company Pension Scheme.
- 20 Days Annual Leave Per Annum increasing with service.
- Company Sick Pay.
- On Site Parking.
The working hours for this role are Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) based at our Lutterworth site.
