**Hours and Pay rate**:
39 Hours Per Week - between 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday. Bank Holiday work may also be required.

£9.90per hour

**The Role**
- Making customer calls
- Handle high volume inbound calls
- Updating customer accounts accounts accordingly.
- Respond to queries and customer bills.

- IT and number literate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a fast paced environment.
