Executive Assistant

To provide our ERA Consultants with effective internal support in coordinating and maintaining client support and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities include monitoring and administration of projects and initiatives with existing and potential new clients, liaising with our UK wide consultant network and ERA head office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Client Planning
- Assist the BD Consultant to maintain project tracking files and liaising with specialists.
- Prepare and communicate monthly status reports and send to clients
- Maintain fee tracking schedule and business forecast spreadsheet
- Manage BD Consultant diary scheduling client review meetings
2. Record Management
- Maintain CRM records updating contacts and other new client information
- Research and add/delete records on the BD Consultants development list
- Coordinate and track records with BD Consultant and telemarketers
3. Marketing
- Prepare monthly campaigns on internal IMS system
- Research external intelligence on new customer development opportunities
- Publish and promote relevant news content on my LinkedIn account
4. Efficiently manage own correspondence and administration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships both internally, within the Company and externally with 3rd party providers and clients
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks that you may, from time to time, be asked to.
