Our client based in Sunderland is looking for a full time Administrator to join their business support team, on a temporary basis for the next 4 weeks.

**Start date **Monday 31 st January

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

**Hourly rate**: £9.50 - £10.50ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels

**You must hold an in date Enhanced DBS to be considered for this role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Main point of contact for all staff
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls to parents on request
- Updating the on-line diary system & making appointments on request
- All general school office administration
- Scanning, filing, photocopying documents
- Typing of letters and various word documents
**Other requirements**:

- Previous experience within a school is preferred but not essential
- Administration experience is essential
- Previous experience of working within a busy and challenging environment
- The ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
- Word and Excel - Essential
