Office Support Assistant

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet visitors and overseas colleagues to the office in a professional and courteous way,
- Answer the telephone which will include dealing with overseas enquiries and redirecting calls to relevant staff or taking messages
- Supporting the Order Fulfilment Manager with data entry to the ERP system.
- Arrange shipping of goods including export documents
- Shipping parcels
- Document processing
- Ordering office supplies
**About you**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literacy - competent with the use of Microsoft Systems
- Previous experience with ERP systems would be a benefit although training will be given.
- Good telephone manner
- Good communication skills
