Charity Talent are recruiting for an International Sustainable Members Organisation, they have offices in Frankfurt, Montreal, America and Asia, their London Office is based in the Docklands, E14. Hybrid working, going into the office twice a week.
They are recruiting for a Team Coordinator to support on of their Directors with administrative support which will include diary management across multiple time zones. Manage international travel arrangements, which is frequent.
You will also secure visas and other travel documentation. Circulating documents in line with their policies.
You will be the primary contact for the Director from both internal and external staff, senior management, Trustees and officials from the government. Arranging Events and meetings, booking meeting rooms, manage av equipment and draft the agendas for the meetings.
You will also provide support to a range of project plans and tracking and following up on actions.
**Experience**:
Supporting a senior level executive
Effectively engage with internal staff and external stakeholders.
High level of autonomy and resourcefullness
High level of integrity and can handle sensitive matters with discretion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:
