CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting Mail and Parcel Sorter on behalf of our client based in Warrington, WA1 area.

As a critical member of the warehouse night shift staff team, you will be required to take on mixed duty roles including unloading and loading vehicles ready for the next day of deliveries, scanning, picking and sorting.

The role involves the sorting of parcels within a busy warehouse, the loading and unloading of containers, the scanning of items in and out, as well as general warehouse duties and maintaining of health and safety procedures.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
- Unloading of HGV Trailers into the warehouse and placing onto sorting belts
- Sorting parcels into the correct loading areas from a belt using scanners.
- Working in a team to safely load vans ready for despatch.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

**The working hours**:Monday-Friday 23:59PM-08:00AM (*until finish)

**Pay rate** : - £11.29-12.76 p/h

Experience needed:

- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Parcel Sorting experience desirable

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.29-£12.76 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Warrington, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

- Night shift (preferred)
