**About the Job**

Fischer Future Heat are the pioneers of Manufacturing and installation of Electric Heating systems for UK homes providing a renewable heating solution for all homes taking us towards our net zero goal. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day publications of content and increasing of brand presence and brand awareness across all social media platforms. You will need to be a confident self-starter with strong customer focus and understanding of brand-driven retail business. You will have a proven track record of delivering engaging, socially optimised campaigns and the ability to combine customer and data insight, with creativity and storytelling.

**Purpose of the Role**
- You will work closely with our Marketing team to bring our brand to life.
- Deliver social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Responsible for the daily scheduling and posting of social content across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Ensure content is tailored to each platform based on their purpose, audience and best practices
- Working closely with other members of the marketing team and across other departments to ensure content is consistent with other campaign activity
- Ensure customer insight and competitor activity drive content
- Track performance and make recommendations for optimising content and activity, delivering key improvements where necessary
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
- Work with the wider content team to manage a social content calendar
- Support the process of generating social content from start to finish, including briefing our internal design team, copywriting, and scheduling
- Identify and brief video content opportunities
- Conduct weekly research, monitor social channels to identify social trends and platform changes and adjust plans accordingly
- Support with the execution of any paid media activity

**To be successful, you will have -**
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Pinterest and YouTube
- Experience working with influencers
- Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
