**About Us**

PHAT Buns is a fast-growing, innovative fast-food brand renowned for its bold flavors, exciting launches, and dynamic marketing campaigns. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our creative team and help take our brand to the next level.

**The Role**

As a **Social Media Marketing Executive**, you will work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to craft and execute impactful campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty. This is a dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in shaping our online presence while contributing to marketing launches for new stores and products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Planning**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute social media posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
- **Collaborating with Creatives**:

- Work alongside photographers and videographers to create content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Develop mood boards for video and photoshoots to guide creative direction.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist with store openings and product launch campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Support on-the-ground marketing initiatives where needed.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, analysing competitor activity and audience behavior to refine our strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and content.
- **Analytics**:

- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in social media marketing, within the food or hospitality industries.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, with experience creating mood boards and working with creatives.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Ability to plan and execute campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
- **Team Collaboration**: Comfortable working alongside directors, creatives, and external partners.
- **Passion for Food**: A genuine interest in the fast-food or hospitality industry is essential.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment until our new HQ opens in April 2025.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Additional pay:
