**Project Manager - Ongoing temporary | Solihull Parkway Business Park | Up to £40k + Benefits**

Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Manager for our valued client based in a brand new, state of the art building on Solihull Parkway Business Park. Joining the team you will support their continued growth in the UK markets and abroad,delivering best-in-class service to customers taking customer service to the next level.

You will have overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables supporting the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, quality documentation, dispute management, customer satisfaction and on time delivery
- Working with Sales to produce tenders in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer requirements to ensure that the company is able to satisfy customer needs in terms of both service/product and pricing for tenders
- Overall responsibility to ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- You will have a minimum of an HND in engineering or business discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience of managing complex projects
- Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment
- Strong customer relationship development and management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Self-motivated and dynamic individual
- Comfortable working under pressure to strict deadlines
- Influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Time management and attention to detail

**Hours: 8 - 5 Monday to Friday - half an hour lunch**

**Salary: Up to £18.30 per hour**
