MBA are proud to be the recruitment partner for the UK number 1 Fleet Management Service provider.
With growth and expansion plans in full flow, we are now recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a dedicated team working on Bids and Implementation.
What we need
A Project Manager with excellent communication skills that thrives on problem solving and attention to detail. A passion for sustainability, experience in the automotive service sector is preferred, but not essential. The ability to support strategic planning,develop detail project workstreams and budgets, track progress, identify risks and articulate them to the wider team are pre-requisites of the role.
What you'll do
Day to day responsibilities will include workstream development and execution, risk identification and resolution tracking and progress reporting. This will include establishing and managing project meetings, liaising with project stakeholders both internaland external, and presenting progress to the Project Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the agreed projects are delivered on time and to budget.
What you've got
- Experience in the Automotive Service Industry is desirable but not essential.
- Project Management Experience.
- Experience in cost estimation and budget development/management is again desirable but not essential.
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Experience of complex bids / tenders
- Excellent customer and stakeholder orientated communication skills
- Previous experience in working in a mid/large corporate organization
- Team oriented, proactive willing to take initiative and provide challenge.
Qualifications / Specific Experience:

- Prince 2 qualification
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Products and Planning Software
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstratable Project Management experience or qualification.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to create a plan and visualise
- Experience in Public Sector would also be an advantage
