Mortgage and Protection Adviser

**We are looking for a number of experienced Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join our highly successful branch teams in the Essex and Kent areas.**

**Locations include: Hornchurch, Brentwood, Gravesend**

**What we offer you as a Mortgage & Protection Broker**
- Salary packages with car allowance from £28,00 to £40,000 (dependant on experience)
- Realistic year one earnings in excess of £65,000

- No nil rate band or ‘qualifying’ amount for commission payment

- Additional commission for EA, Lettings, Surveyor and Conveyancer instructions
- Ability to refer (and get paid) for PMI, Wealth, Pension and wills business
- Hybrid role available (work from home 2 days per week)

- Fully integrated and intuitive factfinding / sourcing system (no freeform suitability letters)
- 97+ lenders (plus specialist packagers for bridging, equity release, commercial business)
- CRM system to help you manage booked appointments and customer contact Leading estate agency business providing qualified appointments (over 500 booked FS appointments per month this year)
- Ongoing support from both the EA, FS and lettings management teams.
- Tailored training and support to help you achieve your plans and income goals
- Help to build your own business (Self-employed) when the time is right for you

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Licence/Certification:

- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification (required)

**Salary**: £65,000.00 per year
