Mortgage Broker - Office Based Hornchurch 

Salary packages from £27,000 to £40,000 plus  car allowance

Quarterly bonus structure

Uncapped commission earnings

Generous commission structure (15% - 50% of banked Income)

Full admin support (from sign up through to case completion)

Additional commission for referring business to estate agency and lettings business

Additional commission for conveyancing

Effectively work with the estate agency team to promote mortgage and financial services business

Provide highest level of customer advice, service and care at all times

Convert booked appointments into business

Contact customers for missed opportunities

Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact

Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times

Achieve sales targets each month
