We are an outsourcing centre whereby our clients are businesses to contract to us to work on their behalf. Our main role is via call centre, however their are varied roles available including some admin posts.

**Duties**
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Use your skills to maximise sales for our clients, ensuring you gain the highest volume of sales from a call
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Certain roles require Admin experience when completing processing tasks

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or Admin roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**

High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service and/Sales or Admin is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Muse have at least 1 Year Experience of working in a call centre or using phones in an office environment
