**Summary**
As an Early Years Educator at Tiny Tots Nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. Located in a welcoming environment, this position is essential for promoting children's development through engaging activities and supportive interactions.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience for all children.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.
**Requirements**:
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: £27,000.00-£27,040.00 per year
