**Finance Project Lead
- SAP FICO - 12 month FTC, high chance of extension**

**Up to £85k base salary plus car and bonus**

**Oxfordshire base - Hybrid working**

Trinity House Group are looking to recruit an Finance Project Lead to support a long-term period of change and transformation, post-acquisition. As Finance Lead for a workstream relating to implementation of SAP FICO, you will work closely with the BusinessProcess Optimisation Director to drive key changes in financial processes. You will also be given the opportunity to work on other project workstreams, hence there is broad exposure and the change for longer term extensions in your contract.

Examples of responsibilities:
¨ Identify opportunities for process improvements with the stakeholders involved in financial processes and information

¨ Prioritise and direct the development of process improvements within the finance function

¨ Define design requirements in terms of business objectives/deliverables to leverage best practice system expertise when implementing changes or developments.

¨ Provide smooth transition to business of improvements via rigorous test plans and training materials

¨ Ensure business processes are fully documented with process flows, in clear business terms, understandable to users.

¨ Drive the implementation of new processes with the relevant functions to ensure the changes are embedded.

¨ Ensure all documentation and reference material is well communicated, easily accessible and standardised throughout the business.

¨ Establish relevant business metrics to facilitate continuous improvement monitoring and create feedback loop to identify new priorities for further process improvements

Key requirements and experience

¨ Finance professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing controlling.

¨ Experience of month end closing, report preparation and interpretation, ideally at both individual factory/plant level and also at a more senior regional/group level

¨ Ability to communicate effectively with the end-goal in sight

¨ Experience of implementing SAP, ideally also with experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
