Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalised care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and report any changes or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months full time, paid, UK experience in care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to adapt to various healthcare settings and client needs.
- NISCC Registration
