Overall Job Purpose

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with their aligned business area to create and deliver a Case Management solution to improve and enhance business processes. The design will be highly technical and promote config over code wherever possible to find the optimal solution, balancing timeframes with complexity.

This role will work closely with the Salesforce Development Manager, Salesforce Business Expert, and the Compliance team to create a new and innovative solution. Low-level design artefacts will be created, capturing how each element of delivery meets the business needs. Ongoing support to the Salesforce Development Manager will be required in order to ensure the roadmap for delivery is accurate.

Hybrid working - Currently this is 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home.

The project duration will be around 6 months, however there is the potential for future proposals / career development to arise beyond the contract.

Accountabilities

Create a Case Management solution using out-of-the-box thinking, matching capabilities to business needs

Brief Salesforce Development Manager on the projects risks, issues, and dependencies for reporting

Work closely with the Salesforce Development Manager and Salesforce Business Expert to manage the development, change requests, delivery, and project warranty period, to guarantee a successful roll-out

Build a strong relationship with stakeholders from the relevant business area (Compliance) to ensure confidence in the development of the Case Management system remains at the highest level

Collaborate with IT and other Vitality teams across the business to deliver an end-to-end solution that adheres to the requirements set by the business area

Ensure you understand and adhere to our Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies and mandatory training requirements

Skills Required

Essential

Salesforce Administrator with experience in building Case Management solutions

Good level of secondary education and has working knowledge and experience in own discipline gained through relevant work experience

Ability to create objects, fields, page layouts, record types and flows with mínimal to no guidance

Experience working on Salesforce products, implementing solutions using a variety of functionality options. This will include integration with other systems

Good investigative, analytical and logical problem-solving skills

Experience working within Agile methodology and use of governance tools (ie. Jira/Confluence)

Desirable

Experience working in the insurance or financial services sector

Has attained Salesforce certifications, either in administration or development, and is working towards more advanced certifications
