- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in HR or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- HR certification or relevant degree is a plus
