I am working with a great company who are a world leading provided in their industry recruit for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast growing team
The role
Reporting directly to the Management Accountant - You will be working within a high volume Accounts Payable team assisting with the following duties:
- Coding, posting and attaching Purchase Invoices and staff expenses, ensuring the purchase order process has been followed.
- Process intercompany recharges.
- Processing payment runs.
- statement reconciliations
- Dealing with Queries
- Assist in recording accruals and prepayments based on expected expenses.
- Ad-Hoc duties
What you'll need to be successful
You will have a minimum of 2 year's experience working in an Accounts payable role within a high volume environment as well as:
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in MS Excel
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated
- Experience of RTPro and Acumatica - would be an advantage
