**You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for the administration, invoicing, stock control and smooth delivery of goods to customers around the globe. Duties will include**:
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Process and reconcile invoices
- Issue and manage monthly purchase orders to external suppliers
- Manage stock invoicing
- Assist with monthly stock reconciliations and weekly stock movements
- Manage customer accounts
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
**Criteria**:
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Relevant recent administration / logistics experience in busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
