Our client, a leading provider of relocation and global mobility services is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR department in Canary Wharf, London.

**Key Duties**:

- Manage the full 360 cycle of recruiting process
- Uphold an individual based resourcing view for each hire for the company, and communicate directly with the hiring managers to ensure key details are shared
- Effectively screen all resumes and file accordingly
- Be responsible for Talent metrics across EMEA
- Provide recruiting services across other regions as required
- Collaborate and closely work with the internal Human Resources Solutions team to ensure a cohesive working environment
- Maintain a high level of organisation, relating to all of your daily duties
- Alongside internal HR teams, provide support and coordination for new hires
- Regularly provide stakeholders reporting relating to your Recruitment activities and metrics to support your searching activities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Recruitment industry
- Secondary degree, or diploma in HR/Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record of successful recruiting for varied level roles
- CIPD qualification is desirable
- Experience recruiting for large volumes
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Job Boards, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience utilising recruitment metrics to provide useful insights into the hiring strategies of EMEA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with Online job fairs and behavioural and competency-based interviewing
