This is a part-time role of 25 hours per week to be worked over 5 days

We are looking for an efficient Clinical Administrator to provide an efficient and effective governance and administration support service for the Clinical Administration Management Team. We are a small team responsible for the management of over 100 clinical secretarial staff situated across 3 sites. This role will support the management team by acting as an initial point of contact and help to support our secretarial and admin colleagues. This role requires a flexible approach, the ability to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, the proactive achievement of all key performance indicators relating to NHS clinical correspondence targets, as well as supporting with daily performance monitoring across specialties. The post holder will also lead on specific tasks for the management team as required

To provide comprehensive and efficient administration support for the clinical administration management team. Undertaking diary management, to act as focal point for the wider team and support with the management of the generic management inbox. Responsibility for monitoring and proactively updating mandatory training, sickness absence reporting, annual leave authorisation and supporting with recruitment processes.

To work closely with the management team act flexibly, attend meetings, take notes when required, organise MIs, order stationary and carry out any other duties appropriate to grade.
