As a flexible Compliance Officer, you will be nurturing, embracing and developing the company's team to achieve the highest possible standards in approach to compliance and oversight. You will need to be entirely aware of their regulatory, money launderingand financial crime requirements and continuously provide advice to leadership for adjusting and enhancing compliance policies and procedures as the business grows.

- Work with the board to set compliance framework in line with business philosophy and culture
- Creating, maintaining and implementing compliance risk policies and procedures, compliance manual, client onboarding risk assessments, AML policy, TCF policy, complaints policy, breaches and financial crime policy
- Maintaining relationships with banking counterparts, regulators and external suppliers
- Review and sign off on all financial promotions and record compliance approval
- Maintain oversight of Client Money
