Your Role:
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be at the heart of our mission Your exciting responsibilities will include:
- Leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional care and education initially in the 3-5 room.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inspiring environment where children can thrive
- Mentoring and guiding your team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of care and learning.
- Communicating effectively with parents to celebrate their child’s progress and achievements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, making sure we are always providing the best for our little ones
- Contributing to and participating in the wider Nursery management, working closely with the Manager.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Early Years Care and Education setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a positive and collaborative way.
- A thorough knowledge of children's developmental needs from 0-5.
- Strong planning, observation and reflection of children and their learning.
- SCQF Level 7 in Early Years Practice is required(eg. HNC Early Education & childcare, NNEB, SCCEB, SVQ 3 children's Care and Development or equivalent recognised by SSSC)
- a BA in Childhood Studies is preferred.

Pay: £13.75 per hour
