**Role Overview**

A reputable dealer group in the Twickenham area is looking for a Service Advisor to join the team. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary communication link between the technicians and customers, ensuring all service-related needs are managed efficiently. Automotive experience is not essential, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key to succeeding in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing expert advice on necessary repairs or additional services, confidently selling these services, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the vehicle's time in the workshop.
- Keeping customers informed with regular updates and consultative advice on ongoing and additional repair work required.
- Preparing customer invoices and explaining the work completed on their vehicle.
- Proactively scheduling future service or maintenance appointments for customers.

**About You**
Whether you have prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector or are seeking a new career opportunity, the following skills are essential:

- Ability to provide personalised customer service and successfully upsell services to a diverse range of customers.
