Salary £35,000 - £38,000 with excellent benefits
As the Deputy Manager, a key part of your role will be to manage and grow the hospitality department
Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
You will have a successful background in Hospitality and Fine Dining from Education, B&I or Hotels sector. With previous experience working in a fast-paced environment managing a team as well as supporting the catering, hospitality and events. You will havea flexible attitude towards hours and working tasks.
Customer experience are at the heart of this company, and I am keen to speak with individuals with experience in a similar environment who are innovative, ambitious and enthusiastic about developing with this exciting company as they grow.
You will have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute.
Key Responsibilities
Deputy Manager
As the Deputy Manager, service will be your key focus area ensuring you exceed customer expectations. You will thrive on getting the best out of your team and ensuring the delivery of the service is exceptional.
You will be managing and controlling staff levels, under the guidance of the Catering Manager, while ensuring budgetary requirements are met. The Deputy Manager will recruit, manage, train, motivate and appraise staff to promote a fantastic working environment.
As the Deputy Manager you will deputise and manage the full catering department in the absence of the General Manager. You will offer continuous support to the Catering Manager all year round
By managing and maintaining all the Hospitality areas and equipment you will ensure the working environment is clean and meets Health and Safety legislation.
Comply with all Company and client policies, procedures and statutory regulations, including human resources, site rules, health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazardsin your workplace
