This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

Join us as a Senior Client Service Officer
- In this telephony role, you'll deliver a world class customer service to our clients
- We'll look to you to provide an outstanding customer journey, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skill set and banking knowledge in a fast paced and engaging environment
- You'll handle an array of calls with care and attention, and taking real ownership of each and every enquiry

**What you'll do**:
You'll take telephone instructions and respond to client's requests for information regarding their general banking and credit card transactions. You'll update Coutts databases with accurate data, and you'll ensure all complaints and complex issues are documented. You'll also stay abreast of the bank's regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times

Through effective and comprehensive training and the completion internal accreditations, this role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills while gaining valuable exposure to a prestigious institution.

**The skills you'll need**:
To be successful in this role, you'll have a background in customer services, either face to face or over the phone. Previous banking experience would also be advantageous.

As well as this, you'll need:

- Excellent communication skills
- The drive and enthusiasm to learn and progress your career

You will have a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days - you may be required to work bank holidays.

**Ways of Working**:
Work life balance is important within our team culture, you’ll be given the flexibility to work from home with a minimum requirement of 2 days per month in the office so you can connect and learn with your colleagues. Working from home kit will be provided.
