**Field Sales Representatives**

Basic salary 25k + OTE 45k uncapped + - Mileage is paid on expenses

Leeds and surrounding areas - full clean UK driving licence essential

40 hours per week Monday to Friday - some flexibility offered

Your Local Window Cleaners are looking for motivated, ambitious and sales driven individuals to join their successful Field Sales team In return they will provide you with an uncapped earning opportunity and, excellent basic salary, pension, full uniformand all necessary training and development.

Your Local Window Cleaners have been passionate about cleaning windows for over 100 years. They have loads of experience in building fast growing window cleaning businesses and have come together to present a modern version of a fragmented service industry.They have big aspirations and are on the lookout for hard working, reliable people that share their values and ethos.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting regional field sales representatives to join their expanding team. They currently have a large presence in the Leeds area with a reputable and recognisable brand, which means their service is easy to sell Theyvalue their employees input and love to hear new ideas for innovation and development.

**The role but not limited to:

- **
- Growing their customer base by conducting door to door visits in residential areas
- Following up on warm leads from people that have expressed interest in their services
- Working as part of a fun and friendly team of canvassers / window cleaners
- Reviewing the property and negotiating a price for their services with the customer
- Logging the sales on the company’s simple easy-to-use app
- Expected to travel around the local area as agreed with line manager
- Customer service driven
- Confident and able to build rapport with customers
- Outgoing, passionate and motivated to succeed
- Smart and presentable
- commission-driven, working towards sales targets, personable but professional
