**The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for an Outbound Sales Representative, on behalf of Pitreavie Packaging Ltd**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outbound Sales Professional, to join the Cumbernauld team. The role is full time 37.5 hours a week on a permanent contract, working Monday-Friday.

This role will play a key part within the team, being responsible for proactively driving orders of Pitreavie’s full range of packaging products within an existing customer base in addition to prospecting for new business.

**Key Role Accountabilities**:

- Outbound calling on both prospects and current customers to present our product and service offering (cross selling opportunity) to secure new business
- Gap analysis of customer purchases to identify and target new business
- Creation and proactive follow-up of quotes within the agreed timescales
- Using CRM (Hubspot) to drive and record activity to maximise customer contact and the conversion process
- Daily processing of customer orders / order acknowledgment response within the agreed timescales
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and wider business teams as required
- Update stock levels and report figures to customers

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Outbound Proactive Calling Background
- Managing Customer Relationships to maximise sales opportunities
- Ability to present the benefits of a product range and match it to customer needs
- Time management, ability to prioritise workload
- Experience of packaging and associated consumables (preferred but not essential)

Full system and product training will be provided.
