Do you think that this sounds like you? then keep going and please read on, this may be the job for you An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area, as a Night care assistant - 20-hour post pr week. This role supports older people with Complex dementia needs, that live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis. The successful applicant will work during the night with the support of the Night care Officer. Interested and thinking about applying? That's great This is how we will help you do a great job and just a few things that may matter to you. - You will be part of a team of both experienced and new Residential care officers. - You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role. - You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role. - You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role. - Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement. - You will have nighttime shift pattern, covering 1 night per week, to include working weekends & bank holidays.
