**Digital Programme Manager - Contract (6 months) - London / Remote**

**£450 - £600 per day (outside IR35)**

**Primary Purpose of Role**:
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a number of customer-facing products and platforms within an incredibly fast-paced health-tec scale-up. Initially you will be tasked with establishing the team and workplan to deliver a platform forhealth questionnaires, working closely with colleagues in product, design, technology and science teams.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing the effective delivery and ongoing enhancement of customer-facing platforms.
- Being an important liaison point with other senior programme and delivery leads, to identify and manage interdependencies.
- Establishing the Platform workstreams, teams and delivery plans
- Setting out ways of working and holding wider platform delivery teams accountable for reaching agreed milestones.
- Working with programme leads (including operational leads and programme delivery leads) to coordinate cross-functional objectives, identifying and tracking interdependencies.
- Working closely with the Product, Technology and Design leads to agree delivery deadlines and phasing of work.
- Reporting on progress against budgets, and working to maximise ROI from suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will need to display some of the following to succeed in this role:

- Proven working experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Programme Director responsible for delivering consumer-facing (B2C) digital products or services.
- In-depth understanding of lean and agile programme management methodologies and techniques.
- Significant experience of planning and leading technology change programmes.
- Experience of managing delivery and stakeholder reporting for a complex programme of work with multiple workstreams, involving a mixture of software development, integration with existing platforms as well as new suppliers
- Experience leading teams through uncertainty in an environment of shifting priorities and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of procurement and supplier management.
- Familiarity with collaborative project tools like Jira and Asana.

**Desirable**:

- Agile qualifications such as scrum master
- Prince2 certification
- Experience in the healthcare domain (could be clinical, wearables, consumer apps, genomics, pharma / life sciences, NHS, etc)
- Experience working in smaller early stage startup or scaleup organisations
