**Retail HR Consultant (Business Partnering)**

**Field Based - South, Middle England and North Wales with regular travel to Runcorn, Cheshire**

Are you an HR professional with experience in working in pharmacy or have you have ever thought about pharmacy HR as a career option? Do you enjoy a challenge, learning new things and having some fun ? Do you have experience in HR partnering and working collaboratively as a member of an HR Business Partnering team?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail HR Team at PHOENIX Medical, supporting our Rowlands Pharmacy colleagues.

Supporting circa 7 Regional Managers, you will be part of a team enabling successful delivery of people programmes as well as consulting on and delivering HR projects. If you enjoy being ‘out and about’ this role will definitely suit you as it has a large geographic area which includes the South, Middle England and North Wales. Frequent travel on patch and to the Head Office in Runcorn is required but of course we’ll provide you with a company car and you will have the freedom to manage your own diary and time.

As this is a generalist role, it will encompass the entire colleague lifecycle including;

- Talent and succession planning
- Engagement
- Employee relations matters

There are many skills HR Partners possess but some key skills and attributes you’ll need to be successful in our business are;
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Coaching
- Collaboration
- Commercial acumen

Sector experience isn’t essential but would be an advantage, and/or a retail or hospitality background. Whatever your experience you will need to be able to work in a fast paced commercial environment.
