Are you our new Team Administrator? We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, conscientious compassionate, flexible, and creative in their approach and who can work alongside the Director of Mental Health, the Assistant Director Business, Partnerships and Programmes, the Operational Support Officer and the wider team to provide quality and effective administrative support.
The post holder will have good organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, have strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages and have the flexibility to prioritise workload.
They will contribute to supporting the work of a range of meetings, ensuring that they are planned, and papers are collated in a timely manner to enable their presentation.
The postholder will also provide administrative support to a range of business-as-usual activities and projects. This will include accessing and administering a range of software packages.
You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities.

We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire.
The Business, Partnerships and Programmes Team are part of the Adult Mental Health and Specialty Services Directorate which is made up of three main areas - Mental Health, Learning Disabilities (LD) and Specialty. The BPP team supports our operational services in delivering the best care and in the design and delivery of innovative new ways of working.

**Here’s an overview of the role requirement**:
- Providing support to the Operational Support Officer - working closely with the Operational Support Officer in providing support to the Director of Mental Health and the Directorate Management Team. Tasks include:
- Arranging meetings, co-ordinating attendance, taking notes, keeping an up to date action log.
- Document preparation.
- Supporting with recording of compliance.
- Accessing patient records for information gathering.
- Providing administrative support to the Assistant Director Business, Partnerships & Programmes, working with the Business Partnerships and Programmes Assistant in:
- Supporting with diary management and administrative support.
- Co-ordinating diaries (BPP Team)
- Ensuring cover for all meetings.
- Administering the BPP team inbox.
- Maintaining the BPP team calendar.
- Recording annual leave, sick leave.
- Reminders for deadlines.
- Managing team resources.
- Meeting support/note taking.
- Chase progress on actions from meetings.
