Team Administrator

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible, and creative in their approach and who can work alongside the Director of Transformation, the Deputy Director of Business Intelligence, the Assistant Director of Workforce Intelligence, the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO), and the wider teams within those service areas to provide quality and effective administrative support.
The postholder will be line managed within the PMO but will have the opportunity to support across the three service areas under the Director of Transformation’s remit. This will offer a wide range of experiences and development/learning opportunities.
Although the base is St Mary's Hospital, NHFT offers flexible working opportunities and the team operate a hybrid/blended working model which includes a mixture of working from home and from Trust site/s. All flexible working requests need to be discussed and agreed with the line manager. There will be the expectation to independently travel across NHFT sites.
They will contribute to supporting the work of a range of meetings across the service areas, ensuring that they are planned, and papers are collated in a timely manner to enable their presentation.
The postholder will also provide administrative support to a range of business-as-usual activities and projects across the service areas. This will include accessing and administering a range of software packages.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
