**Either way, then this could be prime time to join a FTSE 100 business that is experiencing significant growth. With over 700 stores (and growing) demand for our products is ever increasing so we are looking to recruit Buying Assistant to join to our DIY Team.**

As a Buying Assistant you will play a key role in providing effective & efficient support. To be successful, it is essential that you can work at pace, have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail.

All our Buying teams are based in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool (L24) so you are constantly at the heart and learning from established Buyers and Merchandisers around you. Our core hours are in the office Monday - Friday 8.30- 5.00 and we do offer flexible working hours.

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Updating product information on the critical path;
- Approvals of pre-shipment images, assembly instructions, test certificates, artwork etc
- Processing shipping documents
- Liaising with Far East and UK suppliers
- Associated photography and artworks
- Product & Purchase order set up

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong numerical skills & ability to analyse data
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in administration
