Due to continued growth, Gap Plastics wishes to add a Stores Operative to our Blackburn Manufacturing site.

Working in the warehouse we are looking for a task focused individual who can take on the responsibility for receiving deliveries, picking parts and dispatching all goods/products quickly and efficiently.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure Health and Safety of staff at all times, reporting concerns to management
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Accurately booking-in of parts deliveries
- Accurate and efficient parts picking from list
- Responsibility for issuing correct material lists
- Providing support for team members as required
- To meet key performance targets to ensure efficiency and maintain standards
- Meeting deadlines and targets set by line manager

**You**:

- Minimum of 2 years stores experience within a similar manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of stores disciplines/ Health & safety standards
- Good computer literacy and understanding of WMS.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full and clean driver’s license
- FLT/Combi licence preferred (but must be prepared to learn)
- Must have a positive, self-disciplined attitude, be able to think logically and communicate at all levels
