**Role Profile**
***We are looking for a **Site Set-up Coordinator **to join L&Q’s Strategic Sales Division.
**In this role you will**:
Co-ordinate the set-up of sales legal packs across our pipeline. Work closely with key stakeholders such as plot sale solicitors, our in-house legal team and our development colleagues to ensure the timely set up of legal packs ahead of sales launches.
Support the new build sales team by assisting with conveyancing issues and obtaining legal advice when required. Ensure the teams are well versed on all site-specific matters, thus ensuring our customers are advised accordingly.
Liaise with financial advisors to ensure our schemes fit with lending criteria whilst highlighting any potential issues.
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders including solicitors and financial advisors, presenting a professional image on behalf of L&Q.
Regularly review our sales timeframes, to implement and continuously improve processes ensuring all KPI targets are met/exceeded.
**About You:
**Experience with site set-ups for launch, including co-ordinating legal packs, is an advantage. Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet timeframes set.
Have experience in the new-build sales process, including Help to Buy and Shared Ownership.
The ability to work collaboratively within a target driven team, having great oral and written communication, and a track record of positive influence.
Experienced in working with internal colleagues and key stakeholders. Have the ability to build rapport and strong working relationships.
Have a good working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly grasp and use internal/bespoke IT systems.
