**JOB PURPOSE**:
This is a full-time role with a focus on the testing requirements of raw materials and finished products. In this role, you will provide resource to execute the routine Technical Assurance process supporting Apparel product and Non-Apparel product categories. You will also maintain technical assurance testing data ensuring accuracy and availability to the Burberry Business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and analysis of test failures reported weekly for raw materials and finished products.
- Maintenance of accurate technical assurance data for Seasonal Men’s, Women’s and Children’s product reviews.
- Communication of any test failures which represent a safety or quality risk.
- Recording test failures and tracking resolution by the RM / PE teams, vendors/suppliers or accredited testing laboratories as appropriate.
- Providing data to RM / PE team for root cause analysis of test failures and where required consultation on resolution of failed results.
- Providing the Burberry conditional approval for any appropriate test failures
- Ensuring accuracy and maintenance of data for Burberry conditional approvals applied to raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in providing fortnightly data for Burberry conditional approvals to accredited testing laboratories and Burberry China quality team to support the Pre-CIQ process.
- Supporting investigation of any product integrity test failures reported by the Burberry China team and notified to them by AIC or CIQ.
- Effective use of Flex PLM including loading of test reports and maintaining records.
- Lab tracker management.
- Actively participate in Team PDR as needed.
- Assist with the management of têxtile EPR.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Science based background/education
- Knowledge of the Global requirements for technical assurance Testing of Apparel and Non-Apparel.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced team within a challenging environment.
- Highly numerate with analytical mindset
- Have a genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality.
