**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Livingstone International Ltd manages AWDIS brands (including Just Hoods and Just Cool) which is an industry leader in promotional clothing. For well over a decade, AWDis brands have supplied top quality garments to decorators and embroiderers in the Printwear and Promotion market sold into the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.

**DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW**

The Marketing Department drives the promotional engine of the business. Utilising a number of initiatives both online and offline to support brand awareness, lead generation and sales, the team are responsible for conducting campaigns, producing promotional materials (such as colour cards, brochures, and other POS materials), content creation to support SEO for digital channels, incl website as well as PR, Advertising and tradeshow management. An all-encompassing marketing department that works cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, vendors and distributors.

**PRINCIPLE SCOPE & PURPOSE OF JOB**

Responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team, and other areas of the business (as and when required). Working under the direction of Marketing Manager, and Deputy Marketing Manager to provide support towards the company’s overall marketing goals and objectives. This is an all-encompassing marketing/admin role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Marketing team with administrative support
- Manage and organise Marketing stock and garments held within the warehouse.
- Assist in the production of brochures and colour cards including liaising with suppliers for print, collection, and distribution of materials.
- Event support - coordinating travel and accommodation, stationery, samples etc along with attending events across the UK and EU where required.
- Checking copy and helping write editorials for industry magazines as well as coordinating advertising opportunities.
- Responsibility for competitor, industry and marketing trend research including reporting back to the team on findings and making recommendations
- Assisting with marketing support for the USA
- Ownership of lead generation social media campaigns for Business Development team.
- Providing marketing support at photoshoots
- Scheduling and monitoring social media channels
- Data/list management (Hubspot) - cleansing data and reviewing ways of increasing contact list/acquiring new data.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (e.g., internships, part-time roles) in digital marketing or related areas.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
